asunder software package provides graphical audio CD ripper and encoder, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install asunder
asunder is installed in your system.
Make ensure the asunder package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep asunder *
You will get with asunder package name, version, architecture and description in a table
